STUBE is an accompanying program for students from Africa, Asia and Latin America set up especially for those who have not been awarded a grant. It offers workshops and week-end seminars on topics related to questions of political development, as well as help in organising internships and/or study semesters in the students' native countries. It helps foreign students to organise local events, including overall planning, finding speakers, providing material etc.

STUBE is a project of the World University Service (WUS). It is financed by the Hessen Ministry of Higher Education, Research and the Arts and the Protestant Churches.

Hessen Universities in the North-South context is a website that supports the international orientation of science and research policy in Hessen with special consideration given to Africa, Asia and Latin America. 

The website is provided by the World University Service (WUS) on behalf of the Hessen Ministry of Higher Education, Research and the Arts.
